- Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Identification
- Valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in for all guests.
- Guests must provide accurate booking and contact information.
Payments
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Additional charges for extra services, damages, or extended stays must be settled before departure.
Room Usage
- Rooms must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
- Guests are responsible for keeping rooms and property in good condition during their stay.
- Any damage caused to hotel property may result in repair or replacement charges.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
- Smoking inside non-smoking rooms may result in cleaning or damage fees.
Noise and Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests and staff.
- Excessive noise, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Visitors
- Outside visitors may only enter guest rooms with prior permission from management.
- The property reserves the right to refuse entry to unauthorized visitors.

- Calathea Inn Unawatuna is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Pets

Force Majeure
Calathea Inn Unawatuna shall not be held responsible for interruptions, cancellations, or inability to provide services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, government restrictions, or emergencies.
Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services to anyone violating these Terms of Stay or engaging in unsafe or unlawful behavior.
